I am interested in learning how to grow a willow tree from a branch, and successfully plant it outdoors and have it survive at least until Obama leaves office. The 3ft. cutting is leftover from our wedding flowers, and has grown some leaves while sitting in a cup of water indoors for the past 3 months. This would be in Connecticut.
